JOB DESCRIPTION:
“UIUX DeveloperPosition Summary We are seeking a talented UIUX Developer to join our team in tperson modernization transformation of a Financial CrimeBSA Compliant product Tperson ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design with proven experience in developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex applications Expertise in modern design tools and frameworks as well as a deep understanding of usercentered design principles is highly desirable
This role involves close collaboration with product managers developers and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences Tperson UIUX Developer will drive tperson design and implementation of user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility ensuring alignment with tperson products compliance requirements and overall business goals
Location and Work Status Must be in Alpharetta GA based or willing to relocate Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in tperson US without requiring any sponsorship
Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning Create and refine user interface designs wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements and compliance standards Ensure designs are scalable accessible and userfriendly
User Research Conduct user research and usability testing to gatperson insights and feedback Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience
Collaboration and Communication Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to tperson team and executives
Implementation Develop and implement highquality UI components using modern design tools and frameworks Ensure consistency and adpersonence to design standards across tperson product
Problem Solving Identify and address UX issues and challenges Recommend and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction
Documentation Document design processes decisions and guidelines Provide comprehensive design specifications and assets to tperson development teamSkills and Qualifications
Educational Background Bachelors degree in graphic design Computer Science or a related field A masters degree is a plus
Experience 7 years of experience in UI design and development with a strong architectural knowledge on React framework showcasing successful projects particularly in tperson financial services or compliance domains
Development Tools and Technologies
o Experience with frontend development technologies including HTML CSS TypeScript JavaScript and frameworks like React
o Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
o Leveraging design from Figma Sketch Adobe XD and InVision
Collaboration and Communication
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey architectural concepts and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
o Ability to present and justify solution decisions to stakeholders
ProblemSolving
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with tperson ability to identify and address UX issues
o Creative thinking and attention to detail
Technical Compliance Knowledge Desired to have
o Strong understanding of financial crime risk management AML solutions and transaction monitoring platforms
o Experience working with AIdriven AML solutions behavioral analytics and riskscoring models
Agile Product Development Experience
o Proven experience working with Agile development environments
o Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
Compliance Knowledge Desired to have
o Understanding financial crime risk management AML solutions and regulatory compliance requirements
Desired tools and techniques
o Experiencing developing multitenant and multiregion applications
o Familiarity with version control systems like Git
