- Prepare and manage schedule data for commissioning and startup activities.
- Establish and maintain schedules for specific discipline areas or specialties.
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), determine activity durations, and establish logical workflow ties.
- Perform schedule monitoring and updating functions, including identification of critical activities.
- Develop critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics.
- Identify and report activities that have or may have an impact on overall project timelines.
- Monitor subcontractor readiness and deployment to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Evaluate subcontractor schedules for workarounds or potential schedule improvements.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 8 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 14 years of relevant work experience instead of a degree.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex project control and scheduling tasks.
- Demonstrated capability in scheduling complex engineering and construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera (P6), Excel, Access, and Word.
