Work Setup: Onsite only (no hybrid or remote option)Position OverviewThe Solutions Integration Engineer supports Geounits, internal users, and solution teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of DELFI cloud solutions for internal and external customers. This role provides high-level technical support to field locations to position and deploy various cloud and HPC-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop solution design capabilities to ensure successful cloud deployments.Capture and share best practices continuously.Monitor technology trends to enhance cloud design and deployment.Ensure smooth onboarding of clients to DELFI environments.Manage infrastructure and image customizations per cloud adoption processes.Provide technical advisory during the sales cycle, including presentations, workshops, and solution design.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex web application, backend, and IaaS issues across Azure, Google Cloud, and other CSPs.Translate technical issues into executive-level summaries.Specific Work RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in large HPC enterprise environments.Proficiency with Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux).Experience with IBM xCAT, HPC storage (HPE ClusterStor, NetApp, Dell Isilon, Pure Storage).Skilled in scripting (Bourne, Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby).Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Ansible, Terraform, Spectrum, and Networker.Familiarity with networking technologies, containerization, GCP, and Azure.Understanding of Linux security, system configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience installing and maintaining servers, storage, and computing hardware.General Work RequirementsFollow change management procedures and test thoroughly before production deployment.Communicate change activities and impacts clearly.Maintain IT deployment standards and documentation.Provide 24/7 system support, including participation in on-call rotations and power outage maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.Deliver weekly status reports and participate in peer reviews.Ensure compliance with QA, best practices, and QHSE standards.Personal AttributesSelf-motivated with minimal supervision.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to train others and share knowledge.Adherence to system administration best practices.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Omega2, Petrel, and related software such as OPM, RDM, OSM, OCM, WHS, MMS, etc.Experience with ECL, IX, Visage, and PetroMod applications.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5 10 years of equivalent experience.Relevant industry certifications from Cisco, RedHat, or Microsoft preferred.
