This role will work closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Market Analysis
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, including hospitals, case managers, physicians, assisted living communities, and home health agencies.
- Collaborate with leadership to design service line expansions, specialty programs, and community initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking
- Drive revenue growth by expanding client base and strengthening referral relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance.
- Adjust strategies proactively to meet and exceed financial targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in consulting or healthcare industries.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
