This position is a working supervisor role — you will actively clean while also overseeing staff, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our employees and our clients.Schedule:Core hours: 5:00pm – 1:00amFlexibility required based on client demandsResponsibilities:Perform cleaning duties in assigned facilitiesSupervise and support cleaning technicians across multiple sitesManage schedules and coordinate coverage for call-offs or absencesConduct audits to ensure quality standards are metTrain and mentor new employeesCommunicate regularly with internal operations teams and clientsMaintain and manage cleaning systems and reporting toolsOversee inventory and supply managementStep in to handle additional responsibilities as neededRequirements:Clean background checkClean driving recordReliable transportation to travel between Van Wert and Fort Wayne as requiredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamPrevious supervisory or janitorial experience preferredCompensation:$15.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience
