The Franchise Development Coordinator will assist in all phases of the deal cycle, playing an integral role
in helping each of our franchise brands grow. This role includes interaction and collaboration with our
development directors, marketing team, operations team, and senior leadership team. It is perfect for
an organized team player with great attention to detail, looking to grow their sales, legal, and analytical
expertise. This position plays a key role in helping our franchise development team finalize new deals
and drive growth for the company.Responsibilities
- Design territory maps for franchise candidates using a mapping software system
- Assist with franchise consultant outreach, including responses to territory checks
- Manage deal announcement process for all new signings
- Draft all legal agreements for new franchise owners, ensuring compliance with FTC regulations
- Execute legal agreements utilizing DocuSign
- Manage expansion and resale processes for existing franchise owners
- Develop materials for team meetings and consultant events
- Ensure all compliance requirements are being met throughout the sales process
- All other responsibilities assigned by the Vice President of Franchise Development

Requirements
- Comfortable working with multiple software programs

Expected salary: $50000 per year
