- One of our clients would like to have one-to-one ONLINE General/Business Sylheti Bengali classes.
- This client wishes to have classes online, and she would like to do a free 30 minutes trial class first. Her availability to do the trial is: (1) Friday – 02:00 – 02:59 PM (2) Saturday – 02:00 – 02:59 PM (3) Saturday – 03:00 – 03:59 PM , all Michigan, United States time. Please let me know which option is best for you, bearing in mind the time difference (you can check it here).
The student’s current level of Bengali is Beginner.Motivation to learn Bengali: I work in a community with many Bengali-speaking patients and have Bengali-speaking friends that I would like to be able to communicate with.The student is between 25-34 years old.After the taster class, the student is willing to have lessons on Saturdays and Sundays for the next two weeks and would prefer Sunday classes in the early afternoon.Please note that we would give full training on the use of the software but you should:
- be comfortable with teaching online
- have a headset
- have a webcam – THIS IS ESSENTIAL
- have your own computer at home and a fast broadband connection
Ideal teacher should:
- Be a native speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
