Olympic College is recruiting to fill a part-time Workforce Development Research Analyst position. This position operates under the direction of the Director of Program Development and Continuing Education. The primary focus of this position is to research and identify emerging needs and the relevance of the college’s existing portfolio of professional-technical programs. Under general direction, perform independent research, feasibility studies, and other activities for potential new and current instructional programs that advance Workforce & Economic Development Department and Olympic College initiatives. This position also assists in the evaluation of research tools and the data they provide (e.g., Hanover, Lightcast, JobsEQ).Essential Functions

This position requires punctual and regular in-person attendance. This position is in a typical office environment but may require the employee to move across campus to other buildings. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position. May be required to lift, carry and transport equipment and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.Additional InformationPlease note that we are unable to sponsor visas for this position. Only candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States will be considered.This is a part-time exempt position scheduled to work Monday through Friday.
