Job Summary
Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor (LICSW) to provide weekly licensure supervision for one Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and monthly or biweekly oversight for one Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) team member. This position currently covers supervisees in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island. Role averages 5–6 hours/month with flexible scheduling and remote or hybrid options.Responsibilities
- Provide weekly licensure supervision for the LCSW per state requirements.
- Provide monthly or biweekly oversight for the BSW to ensure quality of care.
- Review and co-sign documentation as required.
- Offer case consultation, treatment planning guidance, and professional development support.
Qualifications
- Active LICSW in MA/RI in good standing.
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Experience supervising toward licensure and mentoring BSW-level staff.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
This is a remote position.
