Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the VP of E-commerce and team in managing the day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace.
- Execute regular content updates to ensure a consistent brand experience across all product listings.
- Support inventory control by assisting with stock fulfillment, collaborating with supply chain, and contributing to future product demand planning.
- Contribute to enhancing product visibility through SEO optimization of listings.
- Assist with monitoring product visibility and overall account performance.
- Analyze competitor online strategies to ensure the company’s offerings align with industry standards in categorization, promotions, and emerging trends.
- Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content for the company’s and affiliated brands’ Amazon storefronts, product pages, and ads.
- Implement high-quality content strategies for new product introductions on their respective detail pages.
- Support the continuous improvement of existing product listings and brand storefronts.
- Manage the upload and merchandising of all new visual and textual content.
- Analyze FBA costs to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Work with finance to evaluate channel profitability and develop strategies to enhance net revenue.
- Track storage costs and slow-moving inventory, implementing strategies to minimize removal orders.
- Monitor and address shipment issues, unsellable inventory, listing suppressions, and other account-related escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4+ years managing Amazon accounts and e-commerce operations.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience with large product catalogs (50+ SKUs) and driving double-digit growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of how messaging and visuals drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Experience managing A+ content.
