The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing mission-critical IAM systems and excels in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will play a key role in constructing an access platform foundational to Zero Trust Architecture, working closely with application owners and development teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.You should possess a diverse skill set to address current and future authentication challenges and adapt to the evolving technology landscape. A strong background in access control, advanced authentication flows, and workflows will be crucial. If this resonates with you, we invite you to join our team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven experience with industry-standard Identity platform tools such as Ping Identity, Okta, or ForgeRock, including design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience in application onboarding and integration with Identity authentication engines.
- Deep knowledge of OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM processes and flows.
- Hands-on knowledge of API integration for Authentication and Authorization.
- Experience in the development and implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), User Provisioning, and Group Provisioning.
- Understanding of current IAM processes across various systems and teams.
- Experience in architecture, design, and solution implementation of application integration with provisioning workflows.
- Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Utilization of DevOps practices and tools like Terraform to automate resource deployment within Identity SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of Change Management and release management processes.
- Ability to review existing architecture and document target deployment architecture.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in technologies such as Java/J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
- Experience working with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs.
- Experience assigning and unassigning apps to users using Users and Groups APIs.
- Knowledge of how to validate an authenticated user’s session.
- Understanding of the design principles of Identity SaaS platform APIs, including pagination and filtering query parameters on attributes.
- Proven expertise in Identity SaaS Workflow configuration, Custom Connector development, and Governance for access provisioning.
- Strong background in Group Rule setup, bundle and schema configuration, and JML workflow configuration.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, standards, and technologies, such as SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals.
- Prior experience handling identity platform failure alerts as well as support processes including SLA management and incident/problem management.
- Experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement project.
- Good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues.
- Hands-on experience with deployment and orchestration tools like Ansible and/or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of access governance for cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, and GCP is a plus.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or related fields
- Security certification or Identity & access certification is preferred
