Job description: Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.Responsibilities:
- Keep medical facility in clean and orderly condition
- Perform routine cleaning maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- May perform periodic heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
- Work up to 12 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
Expected salary: $10 – 12 per hour
