Position Summary: Technician II Projects, interfaces with customers and staff members to successfully deliver pressure washing, carpet/upholstery cleaning & sanitizing, and title & grout cleaning services to our commercial and residential clients. This is a full-time position, paid hourly. Typical work week is Monday – Friday. Some Saturdays might be scheduled in season.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Licensed FL driver with a clean/acceptable driving record.
- Ability to communicate in English is required to successfully communicate with clients & staff.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our office on Alico Road, Fort Myers.
- Timely reporting to all scheduled jobs on a daily basis.
- This is a physically demanding position. Physically fit retirees are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with van-mounted extraction machines and portable carpet cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
