We are a fast-growing designer services company specializing in intake/receiving, storage, and white glove delivery for interior design firms throughout the area. Our team plays a vital role in helping designers bring their visions to life by ensuring that furnishings and decor are handled with care from warehouse to final install.Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable, hard-working entry-level team members to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor, attention to detail, and teamwork. Successful candidates will support our daily operations including receiving, organizing, and preparing high-end furniture and decor items, as well as assisting with white glove deliveries to residential and commercial spaces.Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming items for damage or discrepancies
- Help with inventory management and organizing products in the warehouse
- Prepare items for delivery, including wrapping and protecting high-value pieces
- Work on-site during deliveries and installations to place items according to client direction
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow company protocols for handling designer items with precision and care
- Collaborate closely with team leads and coworkers to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in moving, general labor, warehouse work, or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to different work sites and changing priorities
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
