Job description: The Player Development Manager is responsible for execution of the relationship marketing strategy, primarily through outreach, acquisition, development, and retention efforts for varying market segments, including daily oversight of the Casino Host Team and in partnership with Marketing Department Leadership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Casino Host Team initiatives by developing programs specifically geared toward VIP guests with trackable metrics.
- Develops and implements training programs for Casino Hosts that are specifically geared toward attracting and retaining VIP guests.
- Assigns both reoccurring and event-based communication tasks to the Casino Host Team.
- Completes performance evaluations, scheduling, training guidelines, and coaching programs for the Casino Host Team.
- Communicates with Marketing Management Team to provide post-event attendance analysis, host book updates and progress, and other reports as directed.
- Collaborates with Marketing Team on planning for all VIP events.
- Assists with arrangements for Casino Rewards Guest. This includes but is not limited to reservations, arrival times, off-site, and all other additional accommodations if required.
- Attends off property events to ensure flawless execution and superior guest service.

- Minimum age must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills may include public speaking and presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, and MS Excel.
- Previous Casino related operations, marketing, or managerial experience preferred.
