You’ll be the face of the agency to prospects, a storyteller who can translate our creative brilliance into business value, and a hunter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.THIS POSITION WILL NOT FOCUS ON IN-BOUND NEW BUSINESS. THIS IS STRICTLY AN OUT-BOUND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the new business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with ambitious brands across sectors.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitch decks that showcase our capabilities and vision.
- Lead the pitch process—from initial conversations through to conversion.
- Stay close to the market—monitor trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, project management) to shape impactful responses to briefs.
- Represent the agency at key industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of winning new business within the creative, branding, or advertising industry.
- An excellent communicator and presenter with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
- You know what makes clients tick and how to turn a conversation into a contract.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and drive momentum.
- Strategic yet hands-on, you love the chase as much as the close.
- Understanding of the value of creative work and how it impacts business.
- A solid network of industry contacts is a big plus.
