The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the MSW Field Director and faculty by providing administrative and operational assistance related to field education. Responsibilities include coordinating with clinical sites, identifying and developing new placement opportunities, managing affiliation agreements, maintaining the field placement database, and performing additional administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the MSW field education program.Job Duties & Responsibilities

Education & ExperienceAn undergraduate degree is preferred and/or three to five years of general office experience that include an advanced level use of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Access, Word and Outlook. Previous experience working in academia is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) staff position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience.
