The Electrical Install Manager oversees the Electrical and Generator Install Division. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, planning, and execution of the division’s activities. Responsibilities:What Will I Do?
- Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives, and policies for the division.
- Keeping up to date with NEC requirements and municipal jurisdictions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and install professionals.
- Provide a constant flow of product and Generator installation and Electrical installation training.
- Drive the Electrical and Generator Install department through training and development of field technicians.
- Coach electricians and generator technicians on how to increase revenue per hour, decrease failed inspections & recalls, and manage monthly truck revenue.
- Oversee and manage the division’s budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties.
Qualifications:Do I Have What It Takes?
- Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent
- Leadership Experience: Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a technical or service environment
- At least 5 years of experience in the electrical field
- Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
- Wireman, Journeyman and or Master License required
- Generator Maintenance and Repair: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance, repair, or a related field (preferred)
