- Lead a small crew of electricians through various industrial automation projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience running a crew
- Basic knowledge of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industrial automation field.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments.
