This role focuses on the design and development of structural wall panel systems for multi-family and residential projects. If you have a strong foundation in construction, math, and design—and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment—this could be a great fit.As a Wall Panel Designer, you’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to create accurate 2D/3D layouts, cut sheets, and job site deliverables. This is a remote position offering stability and long-term opportunity with an established company.🛠️ Key Responsibilities For A Wall Panel Designer:Create detailed 2D and 3D wall panel designs using MiTek and other design toolsGenerate accurate panel layouts, truss features, and take-offsCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholdersAnalyze job site data and field conditions to produce practical and code-compliant design plansDevelop cut sheets and production documents based on client selectionsAssist in project estimation and material take-offsConduct field measurements and job site visits as neededComplete accurate as-built documentation to verify installationsSolve complex design problems with creativity and efficiencyPrioritize tasks to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment✅ What You Bring In A Wall Panel Designer Role:5+ years of experience in wall panel and/or truss designHigh proficiency in MiTek softwareSolid understanding of math, engineering principles, and general construction practicesFamiliarity with building codes and structural design standardsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsStrong organiz
