- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Adapt to varying cleaning tasks and schedules based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial & commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
