As our client’s portfolio of brands continues to expand, there is an immediate need for a resourceful Shopify and Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver seamless executive support and digital marketing expertise. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal onboarding time. The specialist will play a key role in integrating into the team, enhancing e-commerce performance, and connecting marketing, operations, and brand partners.The Impact you’ll makeShopify & E-commerce Management
- Run analytics and generate actionable insights from Shopify reports
- Update and manage Shopify themes and landing pages
- Oversee product listings and ensure e-commerce best practices
Digital Marketing & CRM
- Execute campaigns and manage flows in Klaviyo
- Maintain and optimize CRM data in HubSpot or similar platforms
- Facilitate email marketing and customer segmentation initiatives
Executive & Administrative Support
- Attend and document calls, take detailed notes, and track activities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support leadership
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, partners, and brands
- Communicate effectively across digital channels such as Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (including analytics and theme management)
- Proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Strong working knowledge of Notion
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or B2B digital marketing environment
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
