The Team Member Services (generally called Human Resources, but we view interaction with teammates differently)/Administrative Lead role will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle within our organization, from recruitment to termination, as well as handling employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The selected candidate will also play a crucial role in shaping company culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities::Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee growth and development.:Foster a positive and engaging work environment, organize employee events, and promote employee satisfaction.:Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships between employees and management.:Manage payroll and ensure fair and competitive compensation packages.:Identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.:Manage performance appraisals, provide feedback, and address performance issues./Policy Development:Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records, develop and implement policies and procedures, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
Support miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as greeting and directing visitors, entering vendor invoices into the ERP system, and other related duties.
