Job description: Summit Psychological Associates is looking to hire a part time Grounds and Building Maintenance and Cleaning Staff member for our buildings in Akron. Summit Psychological Associates is a large Behavioral Health Agency with two offices in Akron. Join our staff as we strive to meet the mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of our community.Duties for this position include the following:Grounds upkeep (lawn moving, weed control, trimming landscaping) for the two Akron buildings. Snow plowing is done by a plowing service; however, this position would need to put down salt and make sure sidewalks are cleared for the Akron buildings.Building Maintenance includes minor repairs and upkeep for office furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and other work areas for the two Akron offices which may include moving furniture between sites.Cleaning of the two Akron buildings including vacuuming, trash pick-up, stain removal, mopping, bathroom cleaning and anything else to keep the offices in good appearance.Additional duties as assigned.A background check is required for this position.Summit Psychological Associates, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that offers a competitive salary, health insurance options, a 401K plan, and other benefits.Job Type: Part-time – working during the day shift, hours could be spread between Monday through Saturday.
