Cleaning commercial facilities per site cleaning specifications. Duties to include:
- Performing janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of commercial facilities.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms.
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers.
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Other tasks as required.

Qualifications
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Must have ability to work both independently, and as a team member.
- Must be detailed oriented and care about service quality.
- Must have time management skills to be able to complete tasks within the allotted budgeted time.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
