- Personal, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete physical tasks like bending and working on your knees
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the day
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to build rapport with new people
- Problem-solving skills, dependability, and time management abilities
- Commitment to working mornings and staying with us for at least 12 months
- Work history that demonstrates reliability – maximum of one job change over the last five years and no history of being fired
