Consults with operational leaders, key staff, analysts and other training professionals on staff training needs on multiple Epic applications. The Lead Instructional Designer supports the Epic training environments, and Denver Health curriculum and e-learning for system applications for new hire and end user training. The Lead Instructional designer monitors training program effectiveness. Supervises and assigns personnel to the various training tasks and guides their activities. Reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports.Essential Functions:
