DescriptionThe City of Richmond is seeking a highly organized professional for the position of Executive Assistant, Principal to support the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This role serves as a key liaison between the CAO, internal departments, elected officials, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of executive administrative duties while overseeing office operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the CAO’s office.Duties include but are not limited toThis position is unclassified and serves at the will of the appointing authority.

Qualifications, Special Certifications and LicensesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Considerable knowledge of Administration and assists the executive of the Justice Servies department in daily schedules, tasks and other company projects. Skilled in effective communication, including verbal and written communication as well as nonverbal communication, exceptional organization and attention to details, technology skills, organization, communication and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple schedules, utilize different software for keeping records or implementing strategies that make them effective communicators.Minimum Qualifications:
