Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $17.50/hour during 100-hour training period. Common to earn $20 – $23 hour with base pay and tips before or after 100 hours of training period.
- Additional earnings through tips, supplies and travel pay
- 401(k) matching for vested / eligible employees
- $1,000 Sign-on bonus given with 400 hours of work
- Base pay is currently $17.50 to $23 Hr for cleaning staff before tips.

Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
- Clean background check
- Work authorization in the United States
- This is a commuter heavy job. The job is best for candidates that live within the greater Asheville/Buncombe area.
