Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)
Pay Rate: $15/hourThe Administrative Specialist / Receptionist in a homecare setting is a vital team member responsible for managing administrative tasks and serving as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and phone calls— maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with project coordination tasks as needed
Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in personal assistant duties for executives when requiredQualifications:

Expected salary: $15 per hour
