Job description: Job SummaryThe Academic Administrative Assistant-Campus is responsible for oversight of the administrative duties within the academic department and ensuring academic integrity within the guidelines of institutional, accreditation, state, and federal policy and regulation. The Academic Administrative Assistant-Campus works under the direct supervision of the Director-Education and works with the academic team, student files, and other academic support staff.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect Proof of Education (POE) for online enrollmentsDetermine any outstanding POEs and communicates issues timely with Director – EducationAssist with Registrar-related supportAssist with registration of students as necessary.Work with the Admissions team to ensure new students have a first term course schedule, complete with days and timesAcademic Administration/Record KeepingAssists with monitoring attendance, communicating with Director-Online Registrars as necessary to ensure complianceAssist in auditing student records to ensure documentation in file is complete and uploaded into lmageNow as necessaryEvaluate Proof of Education for students in accordance to the POE PolicyAssists with inputting of Transfer Credit on incoming studentsAssists Registrar-Online and Director-Online Registrars with other academic-related tasks as neededExperience RequiredMinimumMinimum of 1 years’ experience in Education1 years’ work experience in project management1 years’ experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent communication skills:PreferredProven experience in multi-taskingAbility to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environmentAdvanced experience with Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs and/or software tools.A willingness to roll up sleeves and get things doneKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesValue-driven approach at all timesExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge and application of core program/project management methods, techniques, and best practices.Excellent leadership, problem solving and analytical skillsKnowledge and application of program/project management software and tracking toolsIntermediate knowledge and application of MS Excel/Google SheetsAbility to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departmentsExcellent word processing, database management, and graphic skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to operate in a dynamic and flexible environment with confidence and poiseAbility to extrapolate and analyze data for outcomes and decision makingCollaborates effectively throughout the matrix organization toward the attainment of company objectivesDemonstrates and models a strong sense of personal accountability for actions and attainment of company goalsChampions innovation and positive change and adopts creative ways to solve problemsUtilizes highly developed communication skills in alt respectsAncora Education is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
