This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations while working in a dynamic creative environment. You’ll handle administrative tasks, client communication, and business operations that keep our studio running smoothly.Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and client communication
- Schedule meetings, calls, and production logistics
- Assist with travel planning and coordination
- Handle vendor research and invoice processing
- Support project management and deadline tracking
- Organize files, contracts, and business documents
- Assist with CRM management and lead tracking
- Help coordinate office logistics and supply management
- Support various administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of relevant program (business, communications, marketing)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new software
- Experience with project management tools preferred (Asana, Linear, Airtable)
- Professional demeanor for client-facing communications
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- LA-based preferred, with flexibility to support NYC operations remotely
