- On-Site Supervision: The superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site activities. This includes overseeing the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Quality Control: The superintendent is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. They conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets the specified quality requirements and adheres to industry standards and codes.
- Schedule Management: The superintendent plays a critical role in managing the project schedule. They develop and maintain a construction schedule, coordinate the sequencing of activities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Resource Management: The superintendent oversees the allocation and management of resources on the construction site. This includes managing labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Must-haves
- 10 years plus experience in Industrial construction, Data center experience is plus.
- Great verbal and written communication, emails, etc.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and able to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Ability to cross functionally work with multiple teams and factory departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
