JOB CODE: 11752PAY RANGE: $69,400.00 – $80,000.00 ANNUALLYGENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Senior Training Coordinator is responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS) including end to end support for course setup, maintenance, and on-going reporting. This position also provides program management assistance for educational programming that supports Golden 1’s commitment to employee development.TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS: * Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS). Continually assess LMS related capabilities to identify enhancements and opportunities and make recommendations to management as appropriate.
