Responsible for preparing routing correspondence for review and approval by the Chief’s office, the Director’s office, and the Department of Financial Services.Responsible for the preparation of organizational and membership dues packages for approval pursuant to Department Administrative Policies and Procedures 3-3.Responsible for answering the Bureau’s main phone line, assisting and routing callers as appropriate. This position is responsible for obtaining and distributing the Bureau’s incoming mail daily.Responsible for the preparation of purchase requisitions and processing invoice payments. This position has vendor invoice/warrant processing responsibilities as outlined in Section 215.422, F.S.Responsible for requisitioning and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies for the Bureau.Assists with routine correspondence, administrative functions, scheduling of meetings for management personnel of the Bureau, and coordinating service calls for equipment of the Bureau.Responsible for the coordination (with pertinent Division staff) and preparation of the Department’s Revolving Funds and Clearing Accounts quarterly reports, for submission to the Chief Financial Officer.Performs special projects and related duties as requested.The Benefits of Working for the State of FloridaWorking for the State of Florida is more than a paycheck.
