Security & Compliance engineering tech (SCET) builds solutions at Amazon scale to (1) ensure Amazon systems/services across SDO adhere to relevant industry/government regulations and reduce security risk exposure, (2) reduce compliance audit burden on development teams and assessment teams, (3) improve builder experience and reduce security risk, by removing ambiguity w.r.t data classification & data handling, and bring in consistency across Amazon and (4) reduce the risk with third party data sharing relationships.Diverse Experiences

– 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
– Experience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
