Job description: Content Marketing LeadWe’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Lead to own our content strategy from end to end. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company where storytelling, brand voice, and business outcomes are tightly connected. You’ll work across functions—marketing, sales, product, and leadership—to craft compelling narratives that fuel growth and define our brand.Responsibilities:
- Own content strategy and execution across channels: blog, social (LinkedIn, X), video, and email.
- Create content hands-on: write, design (Figma/Canva), and edit video (CapCut, Descript, or similar).
- Build a repeatable content engine that drives audience growth and engagement.
- Develop narratives in collaboration with leadership, customers, and users to bring our mission and impact to life.
- Manage external creatives (writers, designers, editors) and coordinate projects with high attention to detail.
- Distribute content effectively across owned and earned channels to ensure reach and relevance.
- Talk to customers and uncover stories that resonate.
- Collaborate across departments to align content with business goals and GTM strategy.
- Protect our voice—we sweat the small stuff and care about tone, clarity, and quality.
- Set the foundation: Establish systems, processes, and calendars that scale as we grow.
- Experiment and iterate: Test new formats, channels, and narratives. You’ll have the space to be scrappy and innovative.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, recruiting, or startups
- A strong track record of building and scaling content programs
- A self-starter who can prioritize independently and manage multiple workstreams
- High creative standards and attention to detail—you don’t ship work that’s “just okay”
- Experience managing freelance contributors and creative partners
- Humble, curious, and receptive to feedback
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; this is a 5-day in-office role
Compensation:
- $120k–$160k base salary + equity
Expected salary: $120000 – 160000 per year
