- 84 months’ experience working on a Business Requirements project involving the application of strategies to collect business process requirements for the new application.
- 84 months experience as Lead Analyst on projects using recognized business process management methodologies (e.g., elicitation and documenting of business process requirements, business process modeling, As-Is and To- Be workflow development and gap analysis, best business practice research, target environment definition, etc.) to define and analyze current business processes in order to remodel/design new processes and improve on existing ones.
- 60 months’ experience in software analysis
- 48 months’ experience with developing test plans for projects to ensure user and program requirements are met.
- 48 months’ experience with the facilitation of multiple project teams to gather and document business process requirements.
- 48 months Flowchart/Diagramming (Microsoft Visio) software experience
- 12 months’ experience in Out Systems development
- 12 months’ experience developing web accessibility standards including both manual screen reader and keyboard accessibility testing of code
