Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily schedules for nursing, rehab, social work, and LNA staffCollaborate with clinical teams to manage real-time schedule changesProactively assist with scheduling challenges and maintain continuity of servicesCommunicate scheduling conflicts and updates to the Team Manager and VP of OperationsMaintain the scheduling board and respond to staff and patient callsGenerate reports to support scheduling operations and team needsAccurately complete EMR scheduling workflows in accordance with agency guidelinesPrepare weekend schedules and related communication reportsIn the absence of the Clinical Lead, manage new referrals, pre-admit calls, and care coordination notesWhy Cornerstone VNA?
