Serve as the primary liaison with central IRBs, managing submissions, renewals, amendments, and responses independently. Manage all phases of clinical trials, maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional/SOP standards.Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute clinical research studies from start-up through close-out.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and site selection.
- Handle regulatory submissions and subject recruitment.
- Manage data collection and serve as the primary liaison with central IRBs.
- Independently manage all phases of clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional standards.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
- Patient recruitment and data management expertise.
- Phlebotomy skills.
- GCP certification.
- IATA certification.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Background in allergy, immunology, or dermatology preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if compensated by years of experience.
- Good people skills and highly organized.
- Experience in pre-screening patients and clinical trial management.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite opportunity in Maryville, IL, working 5 days per week with multiple teams and one Principal Investigator. The role supports a high enrollment trial with potential for contract extension. The position offers one week of PTO and six holidays. The organization empowers local providers to run high-quality clinical trials in their clinics, delivering transformative treatments safely and efficiently.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
