We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for staffing sales and a proven track record in B2B and/or staffing sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. Your ability to negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology solutions.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in staffing sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in direct sales, account management, and business development.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in conducting product demos and presentations effectively.
- A background in customer service that emphasizes relationship building is beneficial.
- Knowledge of market dynamics related to technology products is a plus.
