- Lead the full implementation of Procore, our cloud-based construction management software, across all departments, training staff, creating SOPs, and building dashboards and reports that support performance.
- Recommend & evaluate construction tech tools to improve efficiency and support team success.
- Develop & refine internal processes, scheduling systems, and workflows to keep projects on track and improve consistency.
- Support communication and alignment between office staff, field crews, estimators, and project managers.
- Oversee HR functions, including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
- Provide daily leadership and support to the Administrative Assistant and Financial Controller.
- Coordinate light marketing efforts (about 10 hours per quarter), including vendor relationships and basic content planning.
- Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic planning and drive execution.
- Work a full-time, flexible schedule, averaging 45 hours per week.
