Job description: Job Description:OverviewThis is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: NC, FLThis position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs assessments to determine business requirements and implements functional specifications for assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. Will involve application and system testing. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.
Responsibilities

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations SupportPreferred:Experience creating and updating user stories, bug tickets, PBIs and Tasks in Azure DevOps or similar software used to manage the Agile development lifecycleExperience working with business and technical teams to gather and document requirementsExperience creating and executing test cases for banking or financial web-based applicationsExperience testing APIs using SOAP UI and PostmanAble to train business testers based on requirements and provide direction and support during testingExperience using ServiceNow or similar centralized system used to track and resolve requests, incidents, and changes for technologyAble to work independently and is comfortable asking clarifying questionsExperience writing SQL queriesBenefits are an integral part of total rewards and First Citizens Bank is committed to providing a competitive, thoughtfully designed and quality benefits program to meet the needs of our associates.
