- Responsible for the oversight and supervising of custodial technicians assigned to clean this client location.
- Ensuring that the technician staff are adhering to the scope of work.
- Oversight that staff are removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles and replace lining of trash cans.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
- Supervisor should have a clear understanding of all job duties, be able to train new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in and clock out requirements. usage of equipment necessary to complete tasks.
- Must be an effective communicator, good listener.
- Oversees quality work within pre-set time frames. Trains on the use of personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses, wet floor signs etc.
- Prior Cleaning and Supervisory experience required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
Expected salary: $18 – 20 per hour
