#LPJOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Lead Service Designer to spearhead the scoping, planning, and delivery of service design projects, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives. This role involves creating comprehensive experience mappings, user journeys, and pioneering durable, reusable service solutions. The ideal candidate will champion service design methodologies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide projects from vision to tactical execution to drive continuous improvement.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the planning and execution of service design projects to align with business goals.
- Develop experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, and prototypes.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure widespread understanding and alignment on service endeavors.
- Utilize strategic thinking to map out project visions and connect day-to-day tasks with overall business objectives.
- Promote and embed service design best practices and methodologies across the organization for continuous improvement.
Must have Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
- Strong capability in facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Industry Experience:
- Previous experience in designing for mid-market or enterprise business and workforce management solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management principles is preferred.
