Seeking a compassionate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide critical psychosocial support to patients in a hospital setting. Ideal for LCSWs experienced in both behavioral health and acute care environments.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial assessments, brief counseling, and care planning
- Facilitate access to community mental health and social support services
- Coordinate safe transitions of care
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams and patient families
- Document care in compliance with hospital standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hospital social work experience
- GA LCSW license required
- AHA BLS certification
- Knowledge of community mental health resources
Expected salary: $2200 per week
