- High school diploma or GED
- Clean & valid driver’s license
- 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, and roofs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- High level of professionalism and customer communication
- Basic math skills (square footage knowledge is a plus!)
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning
- Experience pulling and backing a trailer
