- 3-5 years’ Experience Commercial Business Litigation
- MUST HAVE Active PA License to practice in Pennsylvania
- Federal & State Court experience
- Litigation Counsel – Trial Attorney
- Responsible for case load – mainly in Federal Court
- Commercial and Construction Litigation representing corporate clients in a wide range of matters State and Federal Courts, Mediation and Arbitration
- Commercial Litigation Experience: Breach of Contract, Commercial Lease Disputes,Non-Compete Enforcement, General Liability cases
