Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead in home healthcare? Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality care for homebound patients. You’ll supervise clinical operations, ensure compliance with care plans, and guide an exceptional team of clinicians.What you’ll be doing:
- Lead clinical team and manage patient care coordination
- Oversee OASIS documentation, PDGM coding, and patient care planning
- Monitor case compliance and participate in QAPI activities
- Support staff hiring, development, and performance reviews
- Occasionally provide direct care in urgent situations
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed RN in MA with 2 years of nursing and 2 years of home health experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
- Proficient in OASIS, EMR, Medicare CoPs, and QAPI
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license, CPR certification
