Communicates effectively with other health care professionals. Serves as preceptor/mentor for dietetic interns and department staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:One to two years’ clinical nutrition experience in acute or long-term care, with emphasis on nutrition support, diabetes or cardiac medical nutrition therapy preferredKey Words: food, nutrition, meal service, food service, room service, chef, sous chef, culinary, food prep
